This is an infographic that I made to show the process I used to complete service manual illustrations for Xerox. The original versions didn't have the little clock icons between the steps; those were added when the group in Chennai, India were doing the illustration work, and those clocks represent the inevitable time delay caused by interacting with people on the other side of the planet. But the graphic demonstrates the inherent complexities that make up the process of creating a set of service manual illustrations.
